Chris offers corrective and high performance training at his Brookvale studio. After initial assessment, clients are coached on the 'Foundation Principles of Health' and balanced exercise programs are developed. Regular training is supported by state-of-the-art online video programs. Initial assessment covers:

Nicky offers personal training around Sydney's Northern Beaches and City. Based on initial goal setting, lifestyle review and body-composition analysis; Nicky uses a wide variety of fitness and resistance training to motivate and achieve results. Nicky specialises in female fitness, and has helped hundreds of mums to their best shape ever. Her sessions include core strengthening, posture correction and interval training.
