"I injured myself 2 years ago and have been seeking help ever since, so when I first met Chris I had already been through a couple of trainers and physiotherapists. At first I was a little surprised by Chris' approach, we did a lot of talking about health, diet, my injury and about how I felt. We didn't start my strengthening exercises until I was eating properly so that my body would respond appropriately.
I had no idea how important it was to eat well, it made a huge difference to my attitude, my weight, my mood, my general health and my life! In no time after that I was getting stronger by the day, Chris was `there for me' all the way. With other trainers I spent one hour once a week but Chris emails or calls me regularly to encourage me through the week.
Chris is truly driven by seeing results so it's a pleasure to train with him."
